As enthusiasts of the Armenian-Lebanese cuisine from our childhood, my husband and I have long cherished the fresh ingredients and intricate flavors that define the Eastern Mediterranean. For years, we sought a local establishment that could authentically represent the tradition and comfort of this beloved food.

After extensive exploration and countless home-cooked meals for family and friends, we were inspired to establish anoush’ella. Our goal is to introduce diners to the delightful street food flavors of the Eastern Mediterranean in a casual neighborhood setting.

The name "anoush’ella," which translates to "may it be sweet," embodies the love, pride, and satisfaction derived from serving those who appreciate good food. This principle reflects our belief that some of life's greatest joys are found in the meals we prepare and share with others. We aim to create a dining experience that awakens the palate, enriches the mind, and nourishes the soul through passionate culinary artistry.

Our menu draws from traditional recipes commonly found in Armenian households. A highlight is our m’anoush flatbread, which is made fresh to order on a traditional convex griddle known as Saj, cooking in under two minutes. Each m’anoush is expertly hand-rolled with authentic ingredients or topped with a variety of sweet and savory selections. At anoush’ella, we take pride in serving time-honored dishes crafted with the freshest ingredients while providing a contemporary yet welcoming dining experience. Each meal is prepared and served with genuine care.
